For customized products we will contact you with the details of a fitting point within two working days of receiving the order.
We have numerous fitting points all over Australia, so there is always one close by.
The fitting point will take impressions of your ears and send them to us. This appointment usually takes about 15 minutes.
The costs for the appointment and impressions are included in the product price.
Once we receive the impressions our turnaround time is about 10-15 working days.
When the product is finished we will send it to your shipping address and email you the shipping information.
We scan your ear impressions and an electronic copy will remain good to use for two years, so if you want anything else from our custom product range you can order directly with us – no need for another set of ear impressions! We will even give you a discount.
