The easiest way to buy our products is through our webshop. Simply browse our selection and place your order online.

If you're unsure which product is right for you:

Ready Fit Hearing Protection

For universal fit products, earphones, and accessories:

- We'll ship your order as soon as possible, depending on stock levels

Custom Made Hearing Protection

For customized products, the process is a bit more involved:

  1. Place your order online
  2. We'll contact you within two working days with details of a nearby fitting point
  3. Schedule an appointment at the fitting point (usually takes about 15 minutes)
  4. The fitting point will create custom ear impressions, which are then sent to Pacific Ears either directly by the clinic or, in certain locations, by the client.
  5. We'll create your custom product in about 10-15 working days
  6. Once finished, we'll ship your product to your address and email you the shipping information

Important Notes:

  • The cost of ear impressions is included in the product price for most locations (a small surcharge may apply in some areas)
  • We have fitting points all over Australia for your convenience
  • Your ear impressions are scanned and stored electronically for 3 years
  • If you order additional custom products within this time, you won't need new impressions and may receive a discount if your impressions are reused.
