The plugs are great, I wish I had bought some years ago.
I removed 1 star for the process of ordering, which wasn't the smoothest or most transparent. Eg, waiting to receive manual contact to find out general locations for getting moulds taken, responding with your preference, and then waiting for yet another email before they confirm the exact location. The back-and-forth with Pacific Ears just to find a location could have been a single automated email on purchase. There was also miscommunication between the third party audiologist and Pacific Ears about my choice of location, which was more unnecessary bouncing around on my end.
With that said, it was a very quick turnaround to delivery after having the moulds taken, so overall it was a good experience.
