Got these custom moulds for my Shure SE425s. Significant ambient noise rejection improvement over the Shure supplied flanges. I'm still getting used to getting them into my ears. But once they're in, they stay in, rock solid. The pull tab needs to sit at the bottom of the antiragus near the ear lobe. These make them super easy to pull out. When attaching to Shures, there's a satisfying click as they lock onto the earphone. So I feel confident they won't slide out, like was happening with the flanges. Thanks Pacific Ears, top notch!
