Shipping Methods

  • All ordered goods will be sent by Australia Post with track and trace. The tracking number will be supplied upon request.

  • At the request of the customer, the courier, or post service can be changed. This may incur extra costs.

  • Different pricing structures and times are in place for overseas orders.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs may differ for rural, remote, commercial and residential destinations. A surcharge may be applicable for these destinations.

  • The courier service used decides whether the destination is rural, remote, commercial or residential.

Shipping Times

  • Ready-fit hearing protection products will be sent as soon as possible, depending on stock levels.

  • For custom-made hearing protection, our turnaround time is usually around 1-3 weeks from the moment we receive your ear impressions.

  • This is not a guarantee for delivery within a certain time frame, as all custom-made products are uniquely shaped and manufactured. It can sometimes take a bit longer to make a perfect pair for you, but often it will be quicker.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Goods are sent "ex-works" and are under the responsibility of the recipient once they leave our premises.

Warranty Shipping

  • All products repaired, altered or replaced under warranty are shipped at Pacific Ears' expense.
