The PACS Pro filter series is engineered with the wearer in mind. Its compact size allows it to fit smaller ears without protrusion, ensuring comfort and aesthetics. These filters fit snugly under helmets or other headwear, making them ideal for various activities.
Removable filters allow for easy cleaning and maintenance, extending the life of your ear moulds and filters while maximising value. Additionally, the PACS series is water-resistant, enabling use in outdoor and high-moisture environments without compromising performance.
Overcoming the Occlusion Effect
Natural-sounding earplugs are a challenge to design, especially when it comes to mitigating the occlusion effect—the booming sound of your own voice when your ear canal is blocked. This phenomenon occurs because sound travels through the cartilage and cannot escape when the canal is sealed.
By ensuring that earplugs sit deep in the canal, past the cartilage, the PACS Pro31 reduces occlusion significantly. Vented filters allow sound to pass in both directions, further minimising the effect and creating one of the most natural-sounding earplugs available.

Easy Customisation Process
To create your custom earplugs, we require ear impressions. Upon purchase, you’ll receive information about our convenient fitting locations, where trained professionals will take your impressions.
Filter Exchange Policy
If the filters you select don’t meet your needs, we’ll exchange them for a different type. Return the filters to us, and upon receipt, we’ll send your chosen replacement pair.
Important Notes
- The PACS Pro31 filter is interchangeable only with the PACS Pro27 filter.
- Exchanges are free of charge but limited to one per order.
- Filters must be in new condition and returned within 30 days of receipt.
