Easy Customization Process

To create your custom earplugs, we require ear impressions. Upon purchase, you’ll receive information about our convenient fitting locations, where trained professionals will take your impressions.

Filter Exchange Policy

If the filters you select don’t meet your needs, we’ll exchange them for a different type. Return the filters to us, and upon receipt, we’ll send your chosen replacement pair.

Important Notes:

The PACS Pro31 filter is interchangeable only with the PACS Pro27 filter.
Exchanges are free of charge but limited to one per order.
Filters must be in new condition and returned within 30 days of receipt.

They fit perfectly, very comfortable to wear

Love these earplugs! They fit my ears perfectly, are very comfortable to wear and do exactly what they describe. I'm a drummer and I was after some custom earplugs with as much noise reduction as possible (drums are crazy loud!), since I'm often in incredibly loud environments (clubs and concerts) with dangerous noise levels, often up to 4 hours at times. I know these are mainly for industrial environments but I wanted to see what a maximum level of hearing protection could do for me. Previous custom earplugs I've had made with other companies haven't had the best fit and haven't provided as much reduction as I'd like. These earplugs by Pacific Ears did not disappoint! After a practice session at the drum kit my ears feel great! I still need to try these out at an actual gig, but I've got a feeling they're going to perform wonderfully. High level of hearing protection with comfort.

I work FIFO and on various sites. A lot of the time we spend all day having to wear mandatory hearing protection for the areas we are in, and sometimes double hearing protection of earplugs and earmuffs.
