I had been using foam earplugs for probably the past decade. Decided to bite the bullet and try custom earplugs. Not a complete night and day difference but there is a clear difference. The silicone earplugs cut out a lot of the low frequencies. I live on a busy street for trucks, with the earplugs they just sound like passenger cars going by.
Had an issue with an earplug being difficult to remove which resulted in me tearing a small chunk after just one night of use. Contacted support and they were fantastic. Made brand new ones at no cost and allowed me to add pull tabs and a new colour. Shout out to Fleur.
Online order was quick and simple. Made an appointment with hearing specialist nearby that took impressions. Had the finished sleeves in a professional care case the next week. I was able to fit them straight onto my SE215s for show that weekend. Great service.

These are a game changer, work fantastic as a drummer playing live music using these with KZ monitors they work just as good as the more expensive options for IEM'S. Very impressive!
