The whole process was easy: bought the product, booked in my mould taking appointment, product arrived. Nice case. Both plugs block sound excellently. Mine were painful, especially the right, so I organised for them to be returned (for free) and adjusted.
They are still uncomfortable, especially the right which i can’t sleep all night with still. The left I got used to but it did take over a week to not feel some pain after a few hours.
Wish the ‘lube’ tube was refillable as this does help with insertion and comfort.
Over all a good product, especially for a noise sensitive light sleeper.

Great earplugs.they are fitted to your ears so can't be compared to anything else out there. These are the best option on the market. Just wish they were little cheaper.
