I'm so glad I went through with getting these custom ear tips. As a professional drummer it's been convenient and easy to use generic tips when using in-ears, but these customs are a BIG step up. As well as the obvious sound quality, just even being able to smile while performing and not have the seal break is a luxury I deserved a long time ago. Finally, I have arrived!

Great process and customer service. Quality of the inserts is high. Much better sounds isolation that generic tips, particularly when actively singing/drumming. Super responsive on emails to queries etc. Have already recommended them to all my band mates
