Please note that Pro15 filters cannot be swapped for the Pro27, Pro31, or the Impact Switch. However, they can be exchanged for other filters within the Pro range.

To create your custom earplugs, we require ear impressions. After purchase, we’ll direct you to convenient fitting locations where trained professionals will take your impressions, ensuring the perfect fit.

Flexible Filter Exchange Policy

Not satisfied with your filter choice? We’ll exchange them for a different type free of charge within 30 days, provided they’re in new condition. Contact us to initiate a return, and we’ll send the replacement filters promptly.
