2. Impression Appointment: We will contact you with the details of a fitting point so you can arrange a convenient appointment to have your impressions made. We have over 350+ impression points for your convenience!

3. Impressions Taken: The clinician will take your impressions*. This is typically included in the price on our website. The impressions taken are sent to our lab.

* Are Ear Impressions Included?  Yes! In most locations, the cost of ear impressions is included in the product price. In some areas, a small surcharge may apply. We have a wide network of fitting points and clinics across Australia. After placing your order, we’ll provide the details of the nearest clinic for your convenience.

4. Product Delivery: Your custom earplugs will be expertly crafted and delivered to you within 1–2 weeks.

Fantastic sound isolation

I bought custom tips for my Sony WF-1000XM5 four months ago and have used them every single day since then. There was some initial discomfort in my ear canals as they got used to the tips and as I figured out how to align the tips to sit correctly in my ear canal but after the first week I have had no issues. They provide fantastic sound isolation making listening to music on a crowded train a much better experience. I cannot recommend these tips more strongly.

OMG I had no idea how good my IEMs could sound.
I will be recommending Pacific Ears custom tips to the others in my band and each and every muso I bump into.

Surpasses expectations!

After doing some research regarding molded sleeves for inner ear monitors, i came across Pacific Ears - my dilemma was i already had a set on IEM's but wanted to have a mold (or sleeve) made specifically for them rather than purchasing a complete new pair - Fleur was amazing in her advice and knowledge so i decided to have the mold made to suit my existing IEMS - the process was seamless having an audio clinic around the corner from home, i booked in, had my ear mold taken in 10 minutes, sent to Pacific (from the audiologist) and next thing i know, my new sleeves arrived in the mail. Apart from fitting them backwards on my first attempt, a quick email to Fleur had me sorted in minutes - i put them in to check the fit and HOLY COW - to say i am happy is a massive understatement - it's the best feeling when something not only meets your expectations but surpasses them on so many levels. Thanks to all the crew at Pacific Ears, i am now out to convince the rest of the band that this is definitely the way to go.......in the words of Arnie....I'll be back!!!
