2. Impression Appointment: We will contact you with the details of a fitting point so you can arrange a convenient appointment to have your impressions made. We have over 350+ impression points for your convenience!

3. Impressions Taken: The clinician will take your impressions*. This is typically included in the price on our website. The impressions taken are sent to our lab.

* Are Ear Impressions Included?  Yes! In most locations, the cost of ear impressions is included in the product price. In some areas, a small surcharge may apply. We have a wide network of fitting points and clinics across Australia. After placing your order, we’ll provide the details of the nearest clinic for your convenience.

4. Product Delivery: Your custom earplugs will be expertly crafted and delivered to you within 1–2 weeks.

ER20XS | High Fidelity Earplugs – Dual Flange
The ER20XS is the next generation high fidelity Etyplug, reengineered to fit in an extra small compact form factor.

The ER20XS earplugs feature a reusable, low-profile and stem-less design that sits snugly in the outer ear without protruding. This makes it discreet and comfortable to wear under hats, helmets and other headgear. ER20XS earplugs come with a small, flexible pull tab that allows for easy removal, an easy-to-install neck cord and a carrying case. Performance matches Etymotic’s original high-fidelity Etyplugs developed for musicians. Having the identical response through 4 kHz, with an improved high-frequency clarity above 4 kHz, without compromising protection. Richness of music is preserved; speech remains clear, just quieter with 20-dB equal sound reduction across the spectrum of hearing.

Comfortable and effective

Extremely comfortable and a balanced reduction across the frequency range.
The smaller form factor tucks neatly in my ears so I'm not worried about them getting hit into my eardrum during a hectic moshpit.

Definitely great plugs...

They're definitely great plugs, I already have the ER20 but they're getting a bit old, and the XS has a few appealing differences:
- Smaller plastic handle (less risk of having one smacked in mosh-pit, happened once, was very painful),
- Multiple size options in the kit (if my ER20 came with spares then I lost them long ago),
- The foam option (never tried foam before so I'm curious to give that a go).

True pitch earplugs

I purchased 3 pairs of ER20XS High-Fidelity Earplugs – Dual Flange, for 3 of my kids who play strings in the QLD youth orchestra. My son has perfect pitch, and so he tested a pair out and felt they were a big improvement on the no-name brand I purchased off eBay, which weren't much cheaper ($29.98). He enjoyed that the true pitch that the plugs delivered to his ears as opposed to the others, as well as the in ear comfort and deceased noise level.
