To create your custom earplugs, we require ear impressions. Upon completing your purchase, we will provide you with information about our convenient fitting locations where trained professionals will take your ear impressions.

Filter Exchange Policy

If the filters you choose are not suited to your needs, we offer a free-of-charge exchange for a different type. Simply return the filters to us in new condition within 30 days of receipt, and we will send the replacement pair you select. This exchange can be actioned once.
