Ordering your custom-made earplugs from Pacific Ears is easier than ever! Follow these 4 simple steps to get started:

2. Impression Appointment: We will contact you with the details of a fitting point so you can arrange a convenient appointment to have your impressions made. We have over 350+ impression points for your convenience!

3. Impressions Taken: The clinician will take your impressions*. This is typically included in the price on our website. The impressions taken are sent to our lab.

* Are Ear Impressions Included?  Yes! In most locations, the cost of ear impressions is included in the product price. In some areas, a small surcharge may apply. We have a wide network of fitting points and clinics across Australia. After placing your order, we’ll provide the details of the nearest clinic for your convenience.

4. Product Delivery: Your custom earplugs will be expertly crafted and delivered to you within 1–2 weeks.

Natural-sounding earplugs are a challenge to design, especially when it comes to mitigating the occlusion effect—the booming sound of your own voice when your ear canal is blocked. This phenomenon occurs because sound travels through the cartilage and cannot escape when the canal is sealed.

Easy Customisation Process

To create your custom earplugs, we require ear impressions. Upon purchase, you’ll receive information about our convenient fitting locations, where trained professionals will take your impressions.

Filter Exchange Policy

If the filters you select don’t meet your needs, we’ll exchange them for a different type. Return the filters to us, and upon receipt, we’ll send your chosen replacement pair.

Important Notes

  • The PACS Pro31 filter is interchangeable only with the PACS Pro27 filter.
  • Exchanges are free of charge but limited to one per order.
  • Filters must be in new condition and returned within 30 days of receipt.

They fit perfectly, very comfortable to wear

Love these earplugs! They fit my ears perfectly, are very comfortable to wear and do exactly what they describe. I'm a drummer and I was after some custom earplugs with as much noise reduction as possible (drums are crazy loud!), since I'm often in incredibly loud environments (clubs and concerts) with dangerous noise levels, often up to 4 hours at times. I know these are mainly for industrial environments but I wanted to see what a maximum level of hearing protection could do for me. Previous custom earplugs I've had made with other companies haven't had the best fit and haven't provided as much reduction as I'd like. These earplugs by Pacific Ears did not disappoint! After a practice session at the drum kit my ears feel great! I still need to try these out at an actual gig, but I've got a feeling they're going to perform wonderfully. The customer service and whole process of getting the earplugs made was fantastic and I'm definitely going to recommend my muso friends to go to Pacific Ears in the future.

High level of hearing protection with comfort.

I work FIFO and on various sites. A lot of the time we spend all day having to wear mandatory hearing protection for the areas we are in, and sometimes double hearing protection of earplugs and earmuffs. My new PACS Pro31 offers me a high level of hearing protection with comfort. Only certain earplugs work for me, so am very happy that I have something that now fits like a glove and won't give me earache after extended periods of wear.
