Filter Exchange Policy

If the filters you have chosen do not meet your needs, we offer a one-time, free-of-charge exchange for a different type. Simply return your filters to us within 30 days of receipt of your order, and we will send you the replacement pair of filters that you have selected. This offer is valid only when the filters are still in new condition.
