3. Impressions Taken: The clinician will take your impressions*. This is typically included in the price on our website. The impressions taken are sent to our lab.
* Are Ear Impressions Included? Yes! In most locations, the cost of ear impressions is included in the product price. In some areas, a small surcharge may apply. We have a wide network of fitting points and clinics across Australia. After placing your order, we’ll provide the details of the nearest clinic for your convenience.
4. Product Delivery: Your custom earplugs will be expertly crafted and delivered to you within 1–2 weeks.
Impressions on File Your ear impressions are kept on file for 3 years. Reorders usually don’t need new impressions, and returning customers can request a discount code before ordering.

I got them with the cord, not knowing theyre moulded into the actual ear pieces. I had to pull them out because everything the cord brushed against created a high friction noise into the ear plug that i couldnt hear over. No matter where i put it I couldnt fix this, so ive pulled them out and they're very fiddly to use. Im unsure if doing so has affected the audio quality yet now that there's two holes in each.
Perfect fit and very happy with them for drumming. Had I known you should not be using the string add on for removing the plugs from the ears, I would have selected the small handle add on too.
