Ordering your custom-made earplugs from Pacific Ears is easier than ever! Follow these 4 simple steps to get started:

1. Order in Our Webshop: Place your order online in our webshop.

2. Impression Appointment: We will contact you with the details of a fitting point so you can arrange a convenient appointment to have your impressions made. We have over 350+ impression points for your convenience!

3. Impressions Taken: The clinician will take your impressions*. This is typically included in the price on our website. The impressions taken are sent to our lab.

* Are Ear Impressions Included?  Yes! In most locations, the cost of ear impressions is included in the product price. In some areas, a small surcharge may apply. We have a wide network of fitting points and clinics across Australia. After placing your order, we’ll provide the details of the nearest clinic for your convenience.

4. Product Delivery: Your custom earplugs will be expertly crafted and delivered to you within 1–2 weeks.

Impressions on File
Your ear impressions are kept on file for 3 years. Reorders usually don’t need new impressions, and returning customers can request a discount code before ordering.

PE Sailcomms is a custom moulded in ear communication system developed specifically for marine environments where wind noise, spray, and vessel movement can interfere with clear radio communication.

The design uses a swim-plug-shaped shell, a reinforced cable exit, and soft silicone to provide a secure and comfortable fit during demanding conditions on the water.

Each earpiece is manufactured from individual ear impressions using soft 25 Shore silicone, providing reliable retention and comfort for extended wear during demanding conditions on the water.

PE Sailcomms uses the same proven communication drivers as the DriverComm Series, delivering reliable radio communication while helping reduce wind and environmental noise.
