The whole process was easy: bought the product, booked in my mould taking appointment, product arrived. Nice case. Both plugs block sound excellently. Mine were painful, especially the right, so I organised for them to be returned (for free) and adjusted.
They are still uncomfortable, especially the right which i can’t sleep all night with still. The left I got used to but it did take over a week to not feel some pain after a few hours.
Wish the ‘lube’ tube was refillable as this does help with insertion and comfort.
Over all a good product, especially for a noise sensitive light sleeper.
